Kisha Vargas is the Assistant Director of Finance for the Small Business Development Center at Temple University (SBDC), where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the center’s financial operations, strategy, and budget. With a background in accounting and nonprofit management, she brings over 15 years of experience in her various roles. Kisha is responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the integrity of financial records. Kisha will also work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s long-term goals. 

Kisha holds a master's in business administration from Bloomsburg University and has completed Temple's supervisory and management certification programs. Outside of work, Kisha volunteers for a grassroots organization, enjoys making memories with her family, and going to Broadway shows.
