Deepak Nayak
Assistant Professor
Deepak Nayak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Human Resources at the Max M. Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. His award-winning research focuses on the influence of strategic human capital management and organization design on innovation performance. His work is forthcoming in top journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies and the Academy of Management Journal. He graduated with a Ph.D. from Temple University in 2024.

Yufan Dong
Assistant Professor of Accountancy
Yufan Dong is an Assistant Professor of Accountancy at Case Western Reserve University. She graduated from Temple University with a PhD in 2023. Her research examines how client business and operational decisions impact auditor decisions using archival methods. She also has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing board games, and trying new restaurants.

Jack Siliang Tong
Assistant Professor of Information Technology and Operations Management
Dr. Siliang (Jack) Tong joined the Division of Information Technology and Operation Management at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University on 01/02/2021. He earned his Doctoral degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business, Temple University in 2020. Siliang is an empirical modeler who is interested in the substantive areas of artificial intelligence, mobile app marketing, and sharing economy. He is very active in research as his works were awarded as the best paper and finalist in multiple occasions such as PACIS, AMA conference and ISMS Marketing Science conference. His research is published in Marketing Science, Production and Operations Management, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Marketing and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. Before joining the academia, he had 6-year management experience in digital marketing and web analytics, and he obtained his MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016

Jingshu Luo
Holder of the Liberto-King Professorship in Insurance and Assistant Professor of Finance
Jingshu Luo, Ph.D., holds the Liberto-King Professorship in Insurance and is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Mississippi. She earned a Ph.D. degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Temple University in 2020. She was named the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Research Fellow in 2021. Her research and teaching interests include corporate risk management, insurance economics, and insurance regulation. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Risk and Insurance, North American Actuarial Journal, and Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
