Fox School of Business Alumni Association: 2025 Director-at-Large Elections

Thank you for voting in the 2025 FSBAA Board elections. Please note the following:

  • Only Fox alumni are eligible to vote, and only one ballot can be submitted per voter. If multiple ballots are submitted by one voter, only the earliest timestamped submission will be counted.
  • Your vote will not be made public, but we must require a full name in order to verify the alumni status of all voters.
  • Voters can select up to 4 Nominees on the ballot
  • Voters are electing Directors-at-Large to a 3-year term of service. Director-at-Large responsibilities can be viewed here.

Chinaza Akobi, MBA

Chinaza Akobi is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong foundation in research, engineering, and project management. She holds advanced degrees in engineering and earned her MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business (Class of 2024). Her career spans sustainability, business development, operations, and leadership—where she has consistently driven impactful initiatives across diverse sectors.

While at Temple, Chinaza was an active member of the community, serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for the Fox Graduate Women in Business (FGWIB) and as an MBA Class of 2024 Student Representative. She is passionate about community engagement and has volunteered with nonprofits across Nigeria, the UK, Canada, and the United States.

Committed to innovation and social impact, she is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to drive strategic planning, governance and communications within the Fox School of Business Alumni Association as a Director-At-Large.

Joseph Alphonse, MBA

Joseph Alphonse is an innovative and collaborative leader with a passion for building high-performance global teams in the quality assurance and test engineering space. His expertise is in championing the value of QA programs across multiple products, improving the overall performance of technical products and solutions, as well as promoting team needs in conversations with multiple business units.  

Joseph has a demonstrated history of integrating automation tools to enable engineers to focus on higher-level technical processes and shaping a culture of innovators prepared to work to scale. He is currently the director of quality operations and trials at NBCUniversal in New York. 

Christopher Anosike, BBA

Christopher Anosike is from Elmont, NY. I describe myself as down to earth, inquisitive, resourceful and playful. In other words, someone you can laugh with and also learn from. My degree awards me the confidence I need in order to build a profile of a leader, role model and, most importantly, a community advocate. I will be able to carry out my community civic duty in an efficient manner. Fundamentally, I will be able to address issues that are of great significance to my community such as matters stemming from unemployment, higher education, and personal welfare. I intend to be an individual who knows and understands what plans need to be put into action, how to implement certain strategies and how to track progress of those concerns in my community. Ultimately, my goal is to help others become successful.

Kayton Bhatia, MBA
Kayton Bhatia Headshot

Ketan “Kayton” Bhatia is a senior leader in digital product management based in Oakland, California. He has held significant roles at organizations like Yahoo and Kaiser Permanente, where he has been recognized as a “trusted partner” in program management.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kayton is deeply committed to promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion. As a senior director, he implemented strategies to eliminate biases, actively promoted hiring opportunities within LGBTQ+ organizations, and focused on internal promotions for qualified candidates. He also served on the board and organizing committee for Gay Future Dads, a volunteer group assisting gay men in their journey to fatherhood. 

Kayton participated in the inaugural Stanford LGBTQ Executive Leadership Program, a week-long course that combines personal leadership assessments with design thinking to address LGBTQ+ leadership in the C-Suite.  He has shared his experiences in leadership and intersectionality on platforms like the Agile Amped Podcast, discussing the importance of authenticity in the workplace. 

In November 2024, Kayton was a keynote speaker at the “Responsible Innovation in AI” conference organized by the Silicon Valley Center for Entrepreneurship at San Jose State University. His multifaceted contributions in digital product management and advocacy for LGBTQ+ inclusion highlight his dedication to fostering inclusive and innovative environments

Manuel Buitrago Vives, EMBA

Manuel Buitrago Vives has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of international management, corporate finance, and business development roles working for publicly listed companies. Mr. Buitrago´s most recent role was as the former President and Country Manager of Gran Tierra Energy in Colombia. Before such, Mr. Buitrago was the President and Country Manager for Gran Tierra Energy Mexico and prior to that he was the Senior Finance Manager (VP Finance) for Gran Tierra Energy in Colombia. Previously he was the CFO of PetroTiger from 2010 to 2014, overseeing company restructuring and optimizations. Prior to, he held positions of increasing responsibility with British Petroleum in the UK and Europe, Occidental Petroleum (OXY) in Colombia and MPX and OGX entities in Colombia and Brazil.

Mr. Buitrago has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in International Business from Schiller International University, earning the Dean’s List recognition, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University receiving the Distinguished Scholar award. He also earned an MBA at Javeriana University, receiving the academic Order of Merit. He earned a Post Graduate Degree (Specialization) in International Financial Accounting from Javeriana University in Colombia. He has furthered executive education studies in oil and gas, management, finance, government studies, and Mergers Acquisitions at the University of Chicago, the London School of Economics, Thunderbird University, the University of Texas at Austin, and Northwestern University, Universidad de los Andes, among others. 

Mr. Buitrago is fluent in four languages (native level Spanish and English, working knowledge in French and Portuguese). Mr. Buitrago serves in the Board of Directors of the ACP (Asociación Colombiana de Petróleo) and AMEXHI (Asociación Mexicana de Empresas de Hidrocarburos) as well as led the Energy task Force at the Canada Mexico Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of the Canada Colombia Chamber of Commerce. He has served as board member for the CME (Comité Minero Energético), at CEA (Chamber of American Enterprises), and in the Program Advisory Board for Schiller International University

Dr. Jazzmine Clarke-Glover, DBA

Jazzmine Clarke-Glover provides strategic counsel and vision to President Doggett and the board, as well as coordinating the Executive Leadership Team. Dr. Clarke-Glover joined Wagner in 2015 as director of human resources and the College’s Title IX coordinator. She previously served as assistant director of human resources at New York City Technical College and an HR professional for the City University of New York’s Graduate Center.

She is an at large National Board member of CUPA-HR (College and University Professional Association for Human Resources) and past president/board liaison of the CUPA-HR New York Metro chapter. She is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). She also holds certifications in Business and Ethical Leadership and Leadership & Succession Planning. She holds a D.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, an M.S. in industrial and labor relations from Baruch College, and a B.A./M.A. in sociology from Boston College.

When Jazzmine is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4-year-old son and enjoying the company of her friends and family.

Dr. Michael Cunningham, DBA

Born and raised in Drexel Hill, Michael has a BA, MS in Counseling and Human Relations, MBA in Strategic Management from Villanova University and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Michael’s research focuses on consumer behavior and technology acceptance of emerging technologies in the sports & entertainment space.

Michael is an adjunct professor at Villanova University instructing course on Business Process Management, Sports Management and Business Intelligence. Michael currently serves on the board of Family Promise of the Mainline, which helps families experiencing homelessness and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.

Michael and his wife Jennifer live in Drexel Hill with their two children Michael and Henry.

Chantel Day, BBA, MBA, MS

Chantel Day is a proud graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and was a member of Temple’s Women’s Basketball team. A CPA with over three decades of experience, she also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Delaware and an MS in Accounting from Liberty University. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Price Waterhouse) specializing in financial analysis, risk management and corporate governance while leading audits and acquisition support for Fortune 500 companies. She later conducted fraud investigations and financial audits at BASF Corporation before transitioning into financial services, where she spent over a decade at Bank of America and J.P. Morgan Chase refining her expertise in strategic planning, regulatory compliance and financial oversight.

As an inspired and civic-minded entrepreneur, Chantel established her own full-service accounting firm, then founded TripleFit, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to addressing the financial challenges that impact overall well-being through financial literacy and educational initiatives. As its Executive Director, she engineered a partnership with USTA Florida, expanding tennis and educational opportunities in underserved communities. Active in professional and civic leadership, she has held key financial roles in local chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves on the Southeastern Regional Budget and Finance Committee for Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She is a Lifetime Member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and a board member of the Florida Tennis Center Foundation. With extensive experience in fiscal oversight, governance, and strategic planning, Chantel is a strong advocate for financial empowerment and education. She is the loving wife of Dr. Pepper Day, an interventional radiologist, and the proud mother of two daughters, Autumn and Sage.

Maria Dicostanzo, BBA

An accomplished business leader in the Philadelphia region, Maria currently works at Amtrak and serves as a leader within her local Employee Resource Group (ERG). She is recognized for her passion for empowering communities, her curiosity about world cultures, her deep understanding of globalization, and her strength in people leadership.

As part of her philanthropic efforts, Maria serves on the executive board of the ALPFA Philadelphia Chapter as the Executive Assistant and as the Director of Community Impact for NERTS, ALPFA’s premier tech conference. Through her leadership, she aims to foster stronger community relationships and leverage her experiences from ALPFA and other extracurricular engagements to drive meaningful impact.

Cassie Flanagan, BBA MBA

Two time Owl, Cassie Flanagan (Fox '09, '20) is a life-long resident of Philadelphia where she lives with her husband, Mike (fellow Owl), and their daughter, Harper.  Over the last four years she has been the council chair for the Temple Women's Network, an alumni organization focused on engaging the alumnae community and serving as a lifelong resource for professional growth, philanthropy, and personal development. 

Professionally, Cassie works at FINRA (the Financial Regulatory Authority) and serves as the Senior Director in the Operations, Procedures and Standards team. She has been with FINRA for two years and during her tenure, she has contributed to the success of several critical initiatives.  Cassie introduced a regulatory-forward approach to enablement, while transforming her teams to leverage automated flows requiring limited intervention. Her teams focus on building policies and key artifacts, creating and enhancing processes, and focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing key performance metrics and qualitative research to capture feedback and measure success toward defined outcomes. 

Lin Jason Fu, MS

Lin (Jason) Fu is a seasoned leader in global commercial innovation, strategy, and customer experience, with a track record of driving business transformation and mentoring future leaders. As Director of Global Commercial Innovation Strategy & Insights at Pfizer, he has led initiatives that enhance patient and healthcare provider experiences, generate significant business impact, and shape the future of digital health. His expertise spans across strategic planning, innovation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making, with prior consulting experience at Accenture, where he advised Fortune 500 healthcare clients.

As a proud alumni of Temple University, Jason holds both a Master’s in Marketing Communications and a Bachelor’s in Advertising and Public Relations, and is deeply committed to giving back to the Temple community. Throughout his career, he has mentored professionals, led executive training workshops, and developed strategic roadmaps that drive innovation. Jason aims to leverage his industry expertise to foster student success, enhance university-business partnerships, and contribute to the growth and evolution of the Fox School of Business Alumni Association.

Jada Hamm, BBA

Jada Hamm is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a passion for strategic operations and inclusive workplace cultures. As the HR Director at Eastern State Penitentiary, she is establishing the institution’s first formal HR department, developing policies, optimizing employee relations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. With a career spanning HR consulting, nonprofit management, and seasonal workforce leadership, Jada specializes in multi-state HR operations, policy development, compliance, and talent strategy. She previously held key HR roles at the New Jersey Family Planning League and has provided HR positions across various industries. 

Jada earned her BBA in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business in 2020 and remains committed to lifelong learning and community engagement. She actively contributes to the Philadelphia region, and volunteers with organizations focused on community empowerment. As a Fox School alumna, she is eager to support and strengthen the alumni network, fostering connections that drive professional growth and industry innovation. 

Dr. Erin Hodgess, MS, PhD

Erin Hodgess, MS, PhD, holds a Master's degree and Ph.D. in statistics from the Fox School of Business. She says, “My time at Temple was some of the happiest in my life! My professors were amazing, and I discovered my passion for teaching.”

Dr. Hodgess has been teaching mathematics and statistics at the university level for nearly 35 years, and would now like to be able to give back by helping alumni.  She believes that people with business degrees have such wonderful opportunities, not only to help their companies succeed, but to "do good" in their community as well by harnessing their talents and skills to do both things well.  A new example would be that of artificial intelligence.  We can help to ensure that models are built correctly, and the results are both accurate and meaningful.

Dr. Hodgess resides in Northern Colorado and would like to set up more alumni events in this part of the world.

Jeanine Howard, BBA JD

Jeanine Howard, FOX ’11, is a native of Hartford, Connecticut who developed her affinity for Temple University during a college tour in her freshman year of high school. At Temple, she diligently pursued her academic goals with a focus on law school preparation, while simultaneously excelling as a student athlete on the Temple Cheer Team throughout her four years of college. Following her graduation from Temple, Ms. Howard attended Widener University – Delaware Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2014. Ms. Howard has dedicated her legal career to public service, beginning as a prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. During her time in Philadelphia, she actively volunteered with several non-profit organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. 

Currently, Ms. Howard is an attorney based in Washington, D.C., where she continues to devote her free time to community service. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she serves on the executive board of two local bar associations within the D.C. legal community. Ms. Howard also maintains a strong commitment to volunteerism, mentioning DMV students through College Bound, a D.C. based organization that aims to make college a reality for the students involved in the program. Ms. Howard also volunteers at the local food bank. She serves as a mentor for undergraduate students, law students and junior attorneys in her office. Ms. Howard is passionate about giving back to Temple University, which played a significant role in shaping her professional path and is eager to collaborate with fellow Temple alumni to forge lasting relationships and support meaningful initiatives for the Fox School of Business Alumni Association. 

Dattatraya Korde, MBA MS

A proud Temple University alum, I hold both an MBA and an MS from the Fox School of Business. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across diverse sectors—finance, energy, public safety, and most recently, publishing—leading strategic initiatives that bring technology, quality, and innovation together. These experiences have shaped my approach to leadership, grounded in empathy, accountability, and continuous learning. 

At the heart of my professional and personal life is a deep commitment to the values of Karma Yog, as taught in the Bhagavad Gita—the philosophy of fulfilling one’s responsibilities with dedication, without attachment to the outcomes. This mindset guides me in all that I do. My two main goals in seeking the role of Director at Large are to learn from the incredible Temple community and to give back meaningfully to the institution that played such a pivotal role in my own journey.

Peris Lehmann, BBA, MAcc

Peris is an accomplished Audit Manager at Talson Solutions, LLC, a boutique Capital Program Advisory firm located in Old City, Philadelphia. She has been a key contributor to Talson’s mission of delivering high-quality and personalized advisory solutions. Her extensive career spans over two decades in both public and private sectors, with expertise in corporate accounting, financial planning, internal controls, Enterprise Resource Planning implementation, and regulatory compliance. She has worked across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, commercial lending, engineering, construction, real estate, nonferrous metal recycling, and private equity. Peris is highly skilled at driving operational efficiency, leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making, and optimizing corporate strategies to align with business goals. 

Beyond her technical expertise, Peris is a dedicated leader and mentor who fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. She is actively involved in the Institute of Internal Auditors Philadelphia Chapter, participating in the 2024-2025 Emerging Leader Mentoring Program and serving on both the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and the 2025 Spring Summit Planning Committee. 

A proud Temple University alumna, Peris earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the Fox School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Outside of work, Peris enjoys travelling, reading and cooking. A Philadelphia transplant, she has lived in Florida, Oklahoma, and her native Kenya, bringing a global perspective to her work.  

Greg Pronko, BBA

Greg Pronko, BBA `85, is Temple Made and Temple Proud. The class experiences in business, real estate, acting and sports education at Teple has helped shape him into a successful and diversified Fox School of Business graduate. 

A successful career in corporate sales and marketing, real estate and stock investing, Screen Actors Guild and film acting, caretaking and volunteer work has been extremely rewarding. Now is the time to share this knowledge with the youth through mentorship and financial literacy. 

Dr. Anthony Rodgers, BBA

Dr. Anthony Rodgers is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of experience in various fields, including government, consulting, senior leadership, security, and mentorship. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong commitment to education, earning a BBA from the Fox School of Business, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Dr. Rodgers is passionate about mentorship, dedicating his free time to guiding and supporting young men and teenage boys, both as a mentor and as a basketball coach. He believes that business principles can be applied to any industry, and by identifying these concepts early, the next generation of business owners and entrepreneurs will be better equipped for success. For Dr. Rodgers, it is vital to help nurture and guide the future leaders of business.

Lilianna Ruby, BBA

Lilianna is a Corporate Banking Associate on the Global Healthcare team at Citi in New York, NY. She is an active member of the Women’s Bond Club, where she mentors young women interested in financial and economic careers. Outside of work, Lilianna plays cello in the Riverside Orchestra on the Upper West Side.

Lilianna graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University in 2022 with a BBA in Finance and Economics. She quickly became active in Fox’s student finance organizations - joining the leadership teams of both the Temple University Investment Association (TUIA) and Financial Management Association (FMA) and later becoming the first President of the Temple Finance Association. Lilianna also joined the Fox Fund her freshman year and later joined the Owl Fund, Temple’s student-run investment fund that manages a portion of the University’s endowment. Her senior year, Lilianna became the first woman to be Chief Investment Officer of the Fund since its creation in 2007. Under her leadership, the fund managed nearly ~$920,000 in AUM. 

Lilianna is a proud Temple alumna and Philadelphia sports fanatic - you can often find her in South Philly cheering on the Birds or Phils.

Nicholas Salerno, BBA

Nicholas Salerno, a legal assistant at Nochumson P.C and Human Resources Officer at the Connecticut Army National Guard, recently graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Spring 2024. Nick majored in legal studies and minored in international business and military science. During his time at Temple, Nick was a member and leader of various roles of the Temple Army ROTC Program, Professional Development Chair and Vice-President of Phi Alpha Delta, Director of Events of Temple Veterans Association, member of Dean Student Advisor Council of the Fox School of Business, Tri-Alpha Society and Italian Club.

Besides his leadership and membership, Nick worked in the Undergraduate Office of the Fox School of Business, Diamond Peer Teacher for Law for Business (LGLS 1112) and a Peer Teacher Supervisor/Course Coordinator for Legal and Ethnical Reasoning in Business (BA 1103). In addition, Nick studied abroad at Temple's Rome Campus in Summer 2022 and completed two Fox Global Immersions to South Africa and United Kingdom. Above all, Nick was selected as a 2024 Diamond Award Recipient, which is one of the highest undergraduate awards. Nick is currently serving as the Director At Large for the Temple University Young Alumni Association and is currently on the Retention and Recruitment Committee. Nick missed Temple's world class education so much that he is currently pursuing his Master's in Public Policy at the College of Liberal Arts here at Temple University. 

Taddeo von Gleichen, BBA

With over a decade of professional experience, Taddeo has cultivated a dynamic career spanning global travel, hotel, and mobility industries. Originally hailing from Philadelphia's sister city Frankfurt, Germany, Taddeo has been a proud center-city Philly resident since his student days at Fox School of Business (Class of 2014) where he double-majored in International Business & Marketing.

Beyond professional endeavors, Taddeo is deeply passionate about education advocacy and community development. Committed to empowering the next generation, Taddeo was a co-founder of the Philadelphia Chapter of Young Travel Professionals, serves on the Board of the German American Chamber of Commerce, and actively supports diverse initiatives that expand access to mentorships, internships, jobs, and quality networking. Whether through mentoring Fox students, volunteering in underserved communities, or just listening to a vulnerable stranger on the street, Taddeo strives to make a meaningful difference in his community.

Alison Wehr, BBA

Alison (Ali) Wehr graduated from the Fox School of Business in 2019, where she studied marketing and business analytics. While at Temple, she was heavily involved in the Temple University American Marketing Association and graduated summa cum laude with completion of the University Honors program.

For the last 5 years, Ali has worked at QVC in consumer insights & analytics. In her current role as a Sr Business Analyst, Ali assists the programming, digital, and merchandising teams in driving viewership and/or revenue for QVC’s broadcast. While at QVC, she obtained an MS in Marketing through Drexel University, in which she was able to take courses to enhance her understanding of consumer behavior & statistical concepts. 

In her spare time, Ali enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Philadelphia, reading, being active, and volunteering. In addition to being the Director of Communications for the Temple University Young Alumni Association (TUYAA), she also is involved with several organizations within the local Philadelphia community, including Ronald McDonald House Charities Philadelphia, the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Minds Matter

Dr. Christopher Wong, DBA

Christopher’s business credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Beyond Christopher’s educational accomplishments, he is a member of The Economic Club of New York. In 2023, Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, which facilitates the real-world application and commercialization of discoveries, invited him to join as a Fellows Program Scholar. He is also a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Crain’s New York Business named Christopher one of its 2023 Notable Leaders in Health Care.

Christopher has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the Fox School of Business, which presented him with the Executive DBA Alumni Leadership Award in 2023. He has served as an alumni mentor to second-year DBA students during the program’s research workshops, providing feedback and guidance as they present and refine their dissertation research. Christopher has also participated in various alumni panels for first-year DBA students. Recognizing Christopher as a valued member of the community, the Fox School of Business invited him to engage in a DBA Strategic Retreat, where he offered key input on important program initiatives. He has joined an extraordinary community of donors as part of the Conwell Circle, Temple University’s premier recognition society honoring alumni and friends who choose to invest in the University and make a profound impact. Given that Christopher is passionate about the Fox School of Business, he would be honored to receive your vote and serve as a Director-at-Large on the School’s Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Erenalp Yargici, BBA

Possessing a strong financial analysis and technology background, Eren holds experience in entrepreneurship with over 6 years of venture involvement. Prior to joining Boeing's Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP) in July 2023, Eren held several internships including for a private equity fund placement firm, criminal law, and at PwC within their tech consulting practice. During his time at Temple, Eren has been an active member in the community with leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer of Temple Student Government, Vice-President of Temple Chess Club, and Vice-President of Turkish Student Association. At Boeing, Eren is the co-chair of three committees hosting enterprise-wide development initiatives, and is the interim president of Boeing Employee Chess Club, leading chess workshops and hosting company-wide tournaments while coaching employees in game theory. In his free time, Eren enjoys golfing, macroeconomic investing, classical music, mentoring, reading postmodern philosophical works, chess and trail running (cumulatively hiked over 230 miles in California). Eren holds strong interest in pursuing higher education and plans to publish a political science book in the near future.
