Xuting Jiang joined the PhD Program at the Fox School of Business with a concentration in human resource management and organizational behavior in Fall 2022. Her current research interests include workplace emotions, helping behavior, identity and identification, and leadership. Prior to joining the PhD program, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and a master’s degree in Business Management from Nanjing University.
