Anastasiia Agolli is a doctoral candidate in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Her research interests include employee recovery, work-nonwork interface, and animals in the workplace. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program at the Fox School of Business, Anastasiia earned her B.A. degree double majoring in Business Administration & Journalism and Mass Communication from the American University in Bulgaria.
