Zisu Kim joined the Ph.D. program in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at Temple University in 2024. She holds an M.S. in Business Technology Management from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and a B.S. in Public Relations & Advertising from Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Before starting her doctoral studies, Zisu worked at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) and HS Ad Inc. ,gaining experience in technology research and strategic marketing.

Zisu's research interests focus on human-technology interaction, algorithm discrimination, and privacy enhancing technologies. She is particularly interested in how algorithms can be designed to ensure fairness and mitigate biases, as well as the challenges posed by cybersecurity and privacy in the digital age.
