Xiaoxiao (Shawn) Wang began his PhD studies at the Fox School of Business in Fall 2024, focusing on management information systems. He holds a master's degree in economics from Purdue University and a bachelor's degree in statistics from Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Before transitioning to academia, he worked as a data engineer. His research interests include the economic and societal impacts of disruptive technologies.
