Rafael is a Strategic Advisor and empathetic leader and coach, who motivates executives on business development, operations, client relations, communications and quality management.

Based on the core foundations of continuous improvement and overall well-being, Rafael created two companies: The Business Route, which transforms companies and their workforce by optimizing business operations and implementing strategic professional development services, focusing on leadership development and overall growth; and Do It Better Wellness, which helps people become physically, mentally and emotionally resilient at work and at home. An engineer by trade, Rafael also holds a second master’s degree in Human Relations and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
