Kim is a management consultant for healthcare providers. Her firm, KDB Insights, guides providers in strategic planning, service line development, marketing and communications. Prior to her current position, she was the chief strategy officer at Lourdes Health System, a two-hospital system serving southern New Jersey that’s recognized nationally for excellence in cardiovascular services. Kim was at Lourdes for more than 20 years and was the senior executive responsible for strategy, marketing, brand management, media relations, community outreach, fundraising and hospital concierge functions. Kim is a passionate advocate for working across organizations to improve the health of the community. She was the Chairperson of the Board of the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers as well as one of the leaders of the Southern NJ Behavioral Health Innovations Collaborative. Kim received her MBA from Case Western Reserve University and her BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.
