Karen McGowan is an executive consultant who has helped clients solve complex financial issues for over 40 years. A Philadelphia native, Karen relocated to the Minneapolis area 20 years ago with her family. Her passion is in manufacturing and supply chain, but she has a track record of exceptional results by collaborating with clients with diverse backgrounds, capabilities and perspectives. She has participated in strategy to execution roles while holding positions as CFO and COO. She is adept at integrating and supervising teams, project management, execution and triage.

Karen holds BS degrees in accounting and finance from LaSalle University and an MST from Temple University.
