Colonel Frank Frazier is currently detached from the faculty of the U.S. Army War College and is a Ph.D. candidate at Temple University’s Fox School of Business’ Department of Strategic Management. His research interests include national systems of innovation and the effects of globalization thereupon.

He has had the unique opportunity to work in the business world and serve as a military officer. He reached the rank of captain in the United States Army before returning to civilian life and working in technology firms, including the number-one maker of modem chipsets in the world. In 2006, he returned to the Regular Army (full-time) and served in a variety of positions as an Army Strategist in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, and Washington, D.C. He has been privileged to produce hardware on the International Space Station, build businesses, and in some small way help advance the interests of the United States of America.

Colonel Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a Masters in National Security Studies from the United States Army War College. He has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the Legion of Merit.

He is married to Amanda Murphy Frazier. They have four children: Frank, Elizabeth, Ruby, and Luke.
