Araceli has more than 20 years executive management experience and a proven ability to oversee and direct high visibility and complex management consulting projects. Araceli has directed numerous projects for companies in the U.S., Latin America and Europe. She is responsible for producing and implementing cost savings strategies related to financial and operational performance, supply chain, and cold chain logistics in a global environment.

In addition to her role as Executive Principal for Victrix Global, Araceli has worked with IT software firms globally, focusing on the use of emergent web, mobile and cloud technologies to provide visibility into the most vulnerable and riskiest parts of the supply chain – quality control. Araceli has worked extensively to support companies faced with opportunities for growth. Through extensive business knowledge along with access to the Victrix network, Araceli develops and executes go-to-market strategies that support clients in their efforts to grow internationally.
