Al is a seasoned legal and business executive with more than 25 years of broad domestic and significant international experience, having a proven ability to lead in environments ranging from large publicly traded companies to privately held startups. He has a strong track record of anticipating and finding pragmatic solutions to strategic and operational challenges, and in assembling high-performing legal teams. He has substantial hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial, regulatory, litigation, transactional and compliance matters, managing legal staffs/budgets, and advising corporate boards and senior management as a corporate secretary and executive management team member. Al received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he earned the distinction of serving on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and his BA in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
