The Annual MIS Academic Leadership Conference (MALC 2023) will be hosted by Fox School of Business, Temple University in Philadelphia, on October 26-28th, 2023. MALC is the exclusive forum for MIS academic leaders to network with and learn from each other. The second MALC conference was hosted at Temple in 2012, and we are thrilled to bring MALC back to Philadelphia in 2023.

Our goal is to maintain the small and highly interactive format of the conference focusing on the opportunities and challenges facing MIS academic leaders. The conference will feature keynote presentations by academic and industry leaders, as well as panels, debates, and invited presentations.

Keynote

Michael Bradshaw

Chief Information Officer, Kyndryl

Michael Bradshaw comes to Kyndryl from NBC Universal, where he spent nearly five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, leading the organization's global IT operations and overseeing NBC Universal's tech infrastructure, applications, and IT strategy. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Mission Systems and Training and Vice president of Enterprise IT Services at Lockheed Martin. A native of Durham, NC, Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Business Administration and an MS in computer science. He sits on the board of governors for Temple University Hospital, serves on the Temple University Health System Audit Committee, and is also a member of the industry advisory group for the Institute for Business and Information Technology at Temple’s Fox School of Business.
